Oops...you had selected the wrong shipping method which is store pick up and would like to change to delivery. Fret not, simply type this number "497142880" in any Qoo10's search box and follow the instructions. Its easy and hassle free.

FAQ I need to change my details. How can I do that? Seller

To change any address after the confirmation of your order, you may call us at 63840509 if it going to be delivered by us. For Qxpress shipments (where a Qxpress Tracking No has been issues to you), pls call Qxpress at 64348400 to inform them. Do note that once shipment is processed for shipment with Qxpress, seller is unable to assist you to change any details. Only Qxpress will be able to assist.

FAQ My e-ticket voucher has expired? What can I do? Seller

Honestly, there is nothing much you can do once the e-ticket voucher has expired. However, if you do think that you may have issues in redeeming your item due to whatever reasons, you can call us at 63840509 to get it converted to delivery at a nominal fee. Alternatively, you can also call us, during the validity of the e-ticket voucher, to extend it for you. Do note that extension is only available during the validity of your e-ticket voucher. No extension request will be accepted for already expired vouchers. Request for extension of valid e-ticket vouchers can only be made by calling us at 63840509 during office hours. Request for extension of valid e-ticket voucher is not applicable via Qpost msg system.

Upon obtaining the reservation no, you can collect your item within 2 work days.
