We just received the goods. But we found that you have sent us the wrong item. We ordered for 32G memory card, but received 16G only. Please see the attached picture. Please resend us the correct item.

Let me explained a bit more detail. From your advertisement in Qoo10, I chose DR500 Lite 32G model (which is +$60), not the 16G mode (see screen shot)l. It is also reflected in order number 40642768 (see screen shot).

After 10 days of waiting and finally received the goods today, it is unfortunate to discover the model seems to be 16G model (see box label).

Please help to investigate and looking forward to your soonest reply.
