I didn't review this in depth earlier as the videos look decent when viewed wireless on the mobile.
Also, this is my 3rd BlackVue device and I had full confidence in the products.
The degraded image quality on the right side of the video is apparent, and is likely unusable for capturing incidences.
I believe this is due to a fault in the sensor or the lens.

It should just a faulty unit and hope a replacement can be arranged soon.
Edit (06Oct): I've emailed the seller 4 days ago, and have yet to hear from them. Hope I'll get some response soon, on how to have my unit replaced.
Edit (07Oct): Received email from seller on 06Oct (after I updated on the above) and was told that they will review the videos with the manufacturer. No provided date on how soon I will hear from them.more review

Hi, i got the DR500GW from you and suddenly the camera is having issue. I have tried so many things trying to get it work again but failed. I need your help. Without any SD card inserted in the camera, i can communicate with the camera with my phone. Can see Live video but no recording (as no SD Card). Once i insert the SD card (with latest software downloaded from the internet v2.003E) and the camera will power off. Can you please help? Dear seller,I am sorry that i need to seek your help again.I have loaded the latest software into the SD Card followed the link you provided earlier to me. The camera has no responses, all LED of the camera are off even the cable (charging) is plugged in. Once the SD card is removed from the camera, everything is fine with the camera. Dear seller,that is the instructions i followed to update the firmware. When the SD card with the correct firmware was inserted to my camera, my camera doesnt respond. All the LEDs are off. With my existing bracket and wires being fit within my car, can I still continue to use the existing bracket and wires from DR500GW-HD with DR650GW (only replacing the camera). Is this possible?

Dear Seller,I have been writing this many times. My order number is 46845560. After I purchased the juicer last year for less than 3 months, it broke down. After 2 months of email correspondences, you advised me to send it back to you for repair. You have said in your email that if there is an issue with the product, you will pay for the shipping inbound/outbound. I sent my machine to you for repair in January 15. You took many months to repair the machine, and finally, sometime in June 15, you told me that the manufacturer is unable to fix the machine and thus replaced my machine with a new one. After you received the new machine, you refuse to send it back to me and expect me to pay S$150 for the freight charges. If the manufacturer has replaced my machine, that means that there is really an issue with the machine. Shouldn't you be fulfilling your promise to take care of the freight charges and return to me my machine?
