I ordered 3 lunchboxes from you and they just arrived today.

Upon inspection, the Hello Kitty 2-tier lunchbox has a defect. The pink paints on the cover peeled off, thus there's this white dots on the cover which is quite obvious. As I'm getting this as a present, I would prefer to get the item in good condition. Please advise if exchange is possible.

Now I noticed that there is actually a separate Shipping charges.

So meaning I'm charged with S$3 for 2 Lunch Boxes, then I'm charged with S$2 again for the T-shirt? And in total I need to pay S$7 (S$5 + S$2 reg airmail)?
