Hi,
I bought the item a while ago but only tried it for the first time today. I charged it for more than 2 hours, then I put the milk and bananas inside. I followed the instructions but it DOES NOT WORK? Please kindly advise.

Dear buyer,
Please try double click on/off button to turn on blender blade. It should work. This is a safety feature to ensure user will not accidentally press and turn in blender when base is opened for cleaning or putting in fruits. Thank you

ok thank you and sorry about that. I really cannot control on this because of the promotion which Qoo10 absorbs the discount to pass on the special price for this promotion. Hi, just got this blender and tried putting in water inside. When I turn it on, the bottom lights up with 4 dots but the blade doesn't move at all. Is it faulty or do I need to charge it? Thanks

Hi i just brought this realized the blades stops blending after 5 seconds each time i double click it , is it faulty ? I need to constantly double click it to continue to blend

Dear buyer, did you put in water when blending? The juicer blender has safety feature to protect the blender motor. The blender will stop spin for two possible reasons:
1) blender will stop after 5sec if bottle is dry to prevent overheating of motor and seal. So never test spin in dry.
2) another reason is blender blade will stop spin if it detected hard fruits and Nor able to cut through. The auto stop again protects the motor burnt from overheating.
Please try out water into the juicer again and try. Feedback again after you tried. Thank you
