usually it is 2-5 working days. but they are slow and delay. thus we have customer feedback say 2 weeks. so it may delay sometimes so hope if you chose normal mail, you have to be prepare for the delay. and read the "normal mail via singpost at your risk''. We highly recommend self collection or qxpress.

Sometimes qoo10 will minus the price online at their own cost to do time sales or promotion. So PLEASE BUY ONLINE INSTEAD. Our redemption staffs have difficulty trying to please everyone especially when qoo10 suddenly do a promotion without our knowledge and customer demand the price in our retail shop. For those who visited our shop, quoted our online shop, we will tried to give you discounted price in our retail shop, there may be few cents difference here and there, and its impossible to give a promotion price that qoo10 had slashed at their own cost. So to avoid any misunderstanding, get the offer online. ;)

All normal mail are mailed out at singpost with cert of posting. Cert of posting is a proof where by we keep a copy of the day address we mailed with singpost stamp chop with date. This is to proof we mailed but no tracking number. Thus if item is lost there isn't any way to find/track it. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED thus Courier Qxpress or self collection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Delivery by Singpost may delay (minority) up to 3 weeks (feedback by our customers). Please note that if you chose Normal mail and item is unclaimed/undelivered and send back to seller, customer need to pay for shipping fee again, first shipping fee will not be refunded.

Hi seller, the black spare part which u tried to fix it back is broken again, I can't use the scrub anymore. U said I will receive the spare part about a month, but if able, hope can receive it as soon as possible. Anyway, thanks a lot to help me repair last sat.
