FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Hi Thank you for your message. Sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived yet. As we told you that you choose your shipping as "Normal mail" we can't check for you cos there's no tracking number. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status.
We strongly advise customers to select registered mail or Qxpress courier. We are not responsible for lost items sent by normal mail.

I did try that but it showed $0 on shipping rate. attached you the sreenshot pic that i tried. You need to click the shipping mode to "singpost normal mail" 1st before you select the items.
