After 7 days grace period, customer are required to bring back the defective product to our HYUNDAI centre for service. 3.) Original receipt and warranty card are needed for product exchange or service. 4.) Only product in sellable condition is allowed for exchange. 5.) No refund of difference if prices of the new item is lower than the original item.

Hi seller,

I bought this Hyundai glass kettle last year on Oct 30, 2015 (Order no. 155781178). Currently, the glass kettle has turned black at the heating plate and there is a burnt smell as well. I do not think that this is safe for use.

As it has been less than 1 year, the kettle is still under warranty right? Please advise on the next step of action for this.
