1. You may request to exchange or return within 7 days upon received item. If item has been opened and used, it is only applicable for exchange.
2. For wrong item received, please provide us photo of the parcel with delivery information and item content through Qoo10 inquiry system or email to email@example.com, we will investigate base on our record, we will cover the shipping cost if it is our fault.
3. For defective item received, please provide us photo or small video clip to email firstname.lastname@example.org to report us the defective issue. If it needs to exchange, we will cover the cost.
4. If you have change of mind and want to change model, please make sure item is in original condition. You can bring it back to our office or ship back to us on your cost, the balance of the product and the shipping fee need to be charged.
5. For order received more than 7 days, if the product got warranty, you can bring it back within the warranty period for warranty service.
