Hi. i had yet to received the missing item (G-5)

I received 2 package separately.

1) k-1 the orange kimono jacket only

2) m-3 and B-2 chiffon top n floral cardigan

the missing item G-5 summer blue package was still not received after a week.

Hi, do I have to do a refund? May I know am I suppose to do it ? It is my first time as I had never encountered this situation before. Are you able to just send the items to me ? Since the item (G-5) I ordered is not delivered to me ?

I am so sorry i cant send the item to you coz my staff did not keep aside the items that you ordered, hence i cant find your items. She is no longer working for us. Thousand apologies on this. For refund, you go to your orders and click refund request. Or you can write to qoo10 at help@qoo10.sg(quote your order no) or call them 65004440. Sorry coz there is no refund button on my end to click. I can only click approve to refund request. If you have any problems you let me know i will see what i can do on my side. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Ordered 4items only received 3 items. Item (G-5)summer blue is missing

Hi, we packed the item separately and mailed them out as the package unable to fit all four pieces for drop-off box. All should be recieved together, not sure why one parcel is missed out.
