They responded saying that a toal of $13.90 has been refunded into your Qaccount on 24th Feb 2016, and you can check it by going into Qoo10 account > My Qoo10 > Qaccount > Qmoney.

If I'm not wrong, there should be a history bar to search for the dates. Let me know, thank you!
