Hi, I would like to enquire about my item delivery as I couldn't track it in Qoo10's shipping info and neither can i track it in FedEx tracking method. I received an email telling me that my item has been shipped but nothing was delivered to me. And I placed my order on the 31st of July which was 8 days ago but from what I read in the comments, It took them roughly about a week or less to receive the item. Why is my item taking so long to deliver and why can't i track it. I would like to have an answer ASAP as it was intended as a birthday gift which is very near to date now. Thanks.

Hi there,

Good Day.

I and 3 of my friends bought a Samsung 27 inch Curved monitor. Everyone already started using it since they received the delivery. I was overseas when the monitors were delivered. I assume that it's in good working condition. I didn't ask them to check either, as I was confident that the item was perfectly fine, based on the reviews.

I just came back yesterday, and I was very excited to open the parcel. Everything were almost set up. However, whenI switched the monitor on, it looks like broken (Please refer to the attached picture). When it's not turned on, it's actually not visible, so it's not due to cracked screen or mishandling of courier. It's likewise due to manufacturing defect.

Please advise how do I proceed with the replacement? I understand that it should be done within a week from the receipt of the item, I hope you could consider my case since It's due to manufacturing defect and I wasn't able to check it immediately as I am overseas.

We are not sure about this but if you got damaged monitor it should be reproted at least 14 days from delivery date.

We are gonna make damage claim to FEDEX, however, we are not sure about this.

By our policy, all initial defects should be reported within 7 days from it delivered.

Please give us the photo for the damaged box with the FEDEX label (important) and inner parts, and monitor pics, and also, damaged part.

Hi,

Appreciate your prompt reply. Yes, it was delivered on the 26th of May, approx more than 2 weeks. However, I hope you understand that I only got the chance to check it when I was about to use it yesterday, since I was overseas when it arrived.

I've been wanting to have this monitor but just waiting for the price to lower a bit so I'd be able to get one for myself. I don't intend to deceive you or something in any form, but I also couldn't afford to loose my $$$ for something I have not even used.

I honestly understand your point as well, but please do something to assist me on this.

As for the product, it's more of like manufacturing defect. Coz the physical screen is fine, no crack. So it's probably not due to Fedex mishandling as the box is not dented or something. (please see attached photo). I will take a picture of the monitor again later when I reached home.

I am looking forward for favorable considration from your end in this regard. Thank you very much.
