Just got the monitor. Good and clear. but have a question about sound.

Like to check if the monitor has sound, as when i plug in my laptop, there was no sound from monitor or laptop.

But when i pull out the connection to monitor. The sound came back to the laptop.

Possible to elaborate on the warranty details? I've yet to purchase hence pls don't ask for my order number . Anyway warranty should be common for all buyers unless there is an option for warranty upgrade.

Our warranty is a 1 year seller warranty (Korea). The warranty can be only used in Korea and we need our customers to send us their products to us to get warranty covered exchanges or repairs. The warranty does not mean free coverage for every repairs since replacements of part can cause additional charges. Then that's a very high cost risk to take for buyers. Especially when your shipping charge is skyhigh. A 2-way shopping will cost ~$100. In addition to the shipping charge during the initial purchase, that's about $150 comparing to cost of over $200 for an unlucky warranty claim.
Would strongly recommend that you provide alternative shipping of more reasonable charges.
