Hi Goni Global,

My monitor just arrived yesterday (30-8-2017).

It came with a defect - it has a line across the bottom of the screen.

I'm very disappointed with the monitor.

I have seen that the item was picked up many days ago (more than 5 days). However, as I check the shipping status, it is stuck in "Transit to the Dispatch Center" for many days already, and there is no tracking number. Can you please sort this out?

Hi, I would like to enquire about my item delivery as I couldn't track it in Qoo10's shipping info and neither can i track it in FedEx tracking method. I received an email telling me that my item has been shipped but nothing was delivered to me. And I placed my order on the 31st of July which was 8 days ago but from what I read in the comments, It took them roughly about a week or less to receive the item. Why is my item taking so long to deliver and why can't i track it. I would like to have an answer ASAP as it was intended as a birthday gift which is very near to date now. Thanks.
