Hi, it was mentioned on your listing that 'pay only one shipping fee for purchasing multi items among same shipping fee items in a group'.
However, i was charged SGD40.90 for buying 2 watches. The shipping fee for 1 watch is just SD13.90.

So, firstly even if i'm charged two times the shipping fee; it should have been SGD27.80 instead of SGD40.90.
This is not even taking into account the above message that says 'pay only one shipping fee' which should just be SGD13.90.

Pls advise. There was no reply to my private enquiry sent 3 days ago. Thanks.

Item I bought from you on 16/10/2016 stopped count steps, floors and heart rate recently. All communications are OK.
I tried to OFF/ON, factory Reset but no help. Display is OK, but functions are not.
