  Hi, I had purchased quite a no. of 16G Micro SD SDHC card from you and one of the card went defective after one month of use. I used the SDHC in my S3 phone and today all my contents went missing and the phone request for a format of the SDHC to continue using. However when I click format, the SDHC refuse to be formatted and a message said the SDHC is faulty.

Can you please replace me with a new SDHC?
