I ordered 3 pieces of the black ones, by right the delivery shud be via Qexpress as stated free delivery in your ad. Yet u post it out via Normal post! Now the item is lost and you put the blame that i did not indicate unit no. Fyi my department envelope do not need to indicate unit because the whole building is belonging to the company and all mails goes to only 1 mailroom! saying sorry, u want to close my refund request???!!!! You are trying to walk away without even sending me another replacement lot via Qexpress! If not at least give me back the money!

Thank you for your reply. Closing the refund request is a automatic operation when we response to your enquiry, I am truely sorry about that.
Please view the shipping method for this order in your records and you will realised that it is vai normal mail.
As normal mail is not trackable and the unit number is missing from the address, delivery might be abnormal for the post office.
I am sorry for the trouble, but please apply for a refund again and allow Qoo10 to be the judge for this matter. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wìth this $17.70, i have learn of your treatment to customers which all responsibility tends to be pushed to we customer. All the while i was your faithful customer and other colleagues in my office. If you still insists such blame be for the customers, u will realised your orders from other of your customers will drop drastically as i will be sharing my ordeal to the rest of my colleagues. I believe as other customers they will be the best judge as customers.
