  I have received the item on 17th of April.

But it is not working. After pressing the ON button for 3 sec, the blue light will turn ON follow by the yellow light flashes and then disappear.

The item was charged for 8 hr

Please advise what should I do?

I have view the operation of using this device through youTube.
