I can't click for refund. At your end, you can just refund. Other seller even the status is on delivery, they can refund. Did you send the dress? Plse refund ASAP thks.

I am not sure did you receive full refund from other sellers( including postage) when they do the refund for u? That is because in the past we tried to refund on our end and their postage didnt get refunded back.(i cant check back your orders, but even if you didnt pay postage if its buy two free postage, once i refund the items the system will auto add in the postage. E.g you pay $10 for two dress and no shipping charge ,but if i do the refund, sometimes the system will charge $3.99 shipping charge and you will only receive $6.01. That is why we ask customers to do refund request which is cleaner because some customers doesnt know how it works scream and shot at us and spam us with endless qpost) we are more than happy to do the refund for you but just note that in case shipping cost didnt get refunded. So far for customers who do refund request or call qoo10 always get full refund. Let us know if you want us to proceed to do the refund on our side. Thanks.

Had asked qoo10 to do the refund. They will take about two weeks to processed the refund to you. It takes a while because there are procedures and procesess but do be rest assured that the amount will be refunded to u. Tkx

Please help us to put in a refund request so that we can approve it on our end. The money will be credit back to your qaccount. Kindly note that qoo10 will be the one handling the refund. This is because when you pay for your products, it was paid to qoo10. Qoo10 only release the money to us two weeks after customers confirmed delivery. They also collect a 10 percent commission from sellers. Hence they need to do the refund themselves. We cant refund to u directly as we need qoo10 to release or kickback the commission that they have collect from us. Hope u understand and sorry for the inconveniences caused

I click one item as u told but never show icon that non claim icon come out and direct show as delivered. If too complicate for me to request claim since i click as comfirmed delivery , can u pls sent item with shipping top up fee instead of refund. I frequence shop here but not trouble like this before. I think i need to click return or exchange then u can refund or do something to solve it. Pls think to settle either re send items instead of refund if so many step to claim. I dont think online shopping in q10 again if such a mess. Anyway pls let me know which item stock out of my four items. Then u can sent.

Hi, you can click to confirm the item first, then request for Non-receipt claim after the item status has switched to delivered.

I have attached for u to check that i only can choose for either return click or exchange here under request cancel order or refund. Is it the one u asked me to click? Otherwise i cannot see other than comfirm click that i normally click once i received my order.

Hi do u meant that i need to click comfirm delivery then claim as non receipt ? As my knowledge, i need to wrte feedback after click comfirm delivery. There is no claim to process as non receipt session after deal comfirm. Can advice where to claim? Hope u can reply sooner then i can do right away. So sorry to ask becoz i not familiar to do this process since i being a regular buyer in q10 long ago. This is happen in unexpectedly :(

Hi, we can only process for refund if you Confirm Delivery & send in non-receipt request cause the system don't allow us to cancel when item is still on delivery, sorry about that.

You click on Confirm Delivery for all items then I will go in and open refund process for you from my side. I tried to do it for the one that you click Delivered and I'm able to send in the refund request.
