I've just placed a big order for the masks, (receipt no: 79001107). However, I had to make another order because I ran out of the options thing (I have to order more than 10 types of masks)..

The shipping cost charged for my first order (receipt no: 79001107) was $2.50.
But the shipping cost charged for this second order is $4. (I have not confirmed my second order yet).

Why is it more expensive for the second order which has lesser items in it? I've opted for the non-registred $1.50 shipping.

I hope you can help me in this. Thank you very much and have a nice day! :)

This mask pack shipping fee is free only for more than 17.00sgd purchases. it will be charged 1.50sgd of shipping fee for below 17.00sgd.

It must have been charged two times because you have been making a payment seperately for two orders.

Sorry, I think what I said was a little confusing,

I meant that, I opted for the $1.50 shipping for this second order. But it charged as $4 so I was wondering is it because of what I have ordered for the second order?

e.g. for this new order, I opted for 1 each for 4 different types of mask.
