Dear seller,
I noticed the shipment tracking stated they delivery on 14 May, but delivery failed! First of all, I am in the office all day and no one is knocking at my door, how can it be delivery failed? till now no one calls from delivery company and i don't know when will I be receiving my item? it was bad experience previously took more than 2 weeks to received my item and now again!! |

thank you for your quick revert! I have personally wrote to eurasia after you sent me their details! their excuses was no one at the unit but the delivery date and timing given was a weekend, definitely nobody in the office! I did question them why is their dispatch did not call when delivery failed..? And eurasia mention they did a 2nd delivery on Tue at 15.26pm but failed! this is what we can't accept as no one knocking at our office door and we were all in the office the whole day even if we are not in the office, my landlord's office next door is available from 9am - 6pm as well. nothing serious but they need to really improve their services if Qoo10 is using them for whole of Singapore delivery! otherwise Singpost is more reliable in Singapore if its a registered parcel. |
