FAQ I just made payment at seven eleven store for a self collection order. Can I come and collect now by showing the receipt to you? Seller

For cash payment it requires manual checking by Qoo10 accounts team. It can take up to 3 days for us to see your order in our seller portal. So you are not able to collect your items just yet until we can see your order in seller portal. If the item is out of stock by the time we see your order, we will cancel and refund money back to you by submitting a request to Qoo10. Qoo10 will refund the money back into your Qoo10 account. Only online payment using credit/debit cards or eNETS or Paypal , we can see your order within 5 minutes after payment is made and you can collect your items immediately with your e-ticket. Kindly try to use Credit/Debit/eNETS/ Paypal as much as possible so that we can see your order within 5 minutes after payment is made.

FAQ Ops! I made a mistake / changed my mind for my order! I want to change/cancel the size/color/shipping address/qty (or whatever!) . What should I do? Seller

The following policy is introduced by Qoo10 that sellers are : (1) not allowed to change shipping address of customers. (2) are only allowed to ship exactly what is being ordered in the system. (3) Sellers will be penalized for cancelling an order by deducting service points. Please *do not* send emails to seller or "Ask seller a question" in order to cancel/make changes to your order. We will not be able to do so. [YOU CAN HELP YOURSELF] If the order is "On Request" status, you will still be able to cancel the order. To make the cancellation, please go to "MyQoo10" to cancel your order and make the purchase again. If you are not sure on how to cancel an order, please call Qoo10 directly. Please note, orders that are in "On Delivery" status cannot be cancelled.

FAQ Can I put what I want in the memo? Seller

We will pack according to what customers has ordered in the system. Request to change size/color mentioned in the memo will be ignored. If customers has ordered the wrong size/wrong color, it is best to cancel the order and make a new order again. This will help us work more efficiently to serve you.

FAQ Why my normal mail package has not arrived? Seller

Normal Mail is not traceable.
