My cart number is 110643009. I placed my order about a week ago and selected 26th May for delivery. We waited till about 8.00 pm in hunger yet there was no sight of food. I called the listed number few times and insisted that my order be checked but no updates. It was about 8.25 pm when I received a call from an Indian delivery guy telling me he had sent me text messages but did not receive replies, he said the person delivering my order did not return to Singapore which really confused me. My mobile phone is with me during the day, evening and night, I did not receive a single text message from him and I had been using it without problems throughout the day. You have left my family waiting in hunger and appeasing hunger with only a bowl of soup with some rice as we were expecting crabs. Your delivery guy kept pinning the blame on me for not responding to messages which I never receive. This is totally irresponsible attitude. It was quite late by then and no food delivery on 26th May.

Hi,
No, I have told the delivery guy to inform you to cancel the order, refund me the money and my Q-points. I am very disappointed by the attitude and service rendered, in addition to the numerous different excuses including blaming me for not responding to smses and calls which I never receive. Another bad excuse given by the delivery guy who called me was that the guy who was supposed to deliver my order had not returned to Singapore. I was and am still very confused and started pondering if you have engaged delivery service from overseas and the delivery guys have to travel to Singapore to deliver all the food before returning to their hometown. I had also called your company's listed number several times but was constantly assured that the delivery was late due to the heavy rain. Now, I just want to have my money and my Q-points returned to my account. It is not my fault your company did not deliver my food. In fact, I was chided by family members for placing order with your company and caused them to wait in vain for dinner. It was too late to prepare a fulfilling dinner by the time we realised we were pranked by your company. We eased our hunger with a bowl of soup and rice which was prepared earlier to eat with the crabs. I do not think we wish to be treated so shabbily again. Linda
