Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please mail it back to us via QXPRESS pick up service. We will process your request after we receive the item. Please indicate your order number in the parcel and notify us the parcel tracking number via Qpost after Qxpress pick up.
To use Qxpress pick up service, on the buyer’s interface:
1.Click on ‘View all orders’.
2.Click on [Cancel/Refund] tab and Select the order to return.
3.Click on ‘Return’ to submit return request.
4.Select the reason for return (in this case we will use ‘misdelivered’ as the reason for return), upload a picture of received item & leave any comments if needed.
5.Select [No]when prompted if you have already sent out the parcel.
6.Double check the pickup address.
8.Click on ‘Submit’ for Return to successfully file a return claim.
