Firstly I have to say that I'm utterly disappointed with your services , I have requested for the item to ship to me by 10am to 12 noon but I didn't receive any calls and no one came to knock on my house door for delivery but at around 12:30pm, the delivery man called my house and said that he had knocked on my door for quite sometimes and had missed called me but I didn't receive any of it, and just moment ago I checked on my shipping page and found that someone has acknowledged and the delivery status shows that I have receive my item when I didn't even receive any single thing. I am utterly disappointed with your service as I spent extra $4.99 for it to delivered to my doorstep as soon as possible as I urgently needed it and this is how you treat your customers. I am really not pleased with your service.
