Hello!!!
It will be advisable to put the chair to flat position for storage, the raeson why its because frequent unneccesary pressure may cause mechanism to malfunction. Thus far we have not come across people whom does this so its not proven to have shorten the system's lifespan though.

Hi there,
it sounds like a good idea however the chair is not designed to be placed on another chair.
I wouldnt recommend you to do that as the floor chair will notbe able to support itself well when placed on something soft. |

Hi Dear Sir,
Thank you for your enquiry, the cover is fixed onto the mechanism thus unable to be taken out. Normally we will advise our clients to actually make use of products like febreeze to remove stains. Otherwise addition of a unused cloth over the top portion does help.
In any case the floor chair itself is easy to maintain, coz highly unlikely user will sit on it after a heavy sweat out.
