Hi, thank you for your inquiry. This are two different flavours produced by Starbucks as every customer has different taste preference. As for myself, I find that Columbia is stronger than Itallian Roast and you can try buying two flavours to see which flavour suits your preference. Thanks for your message.

Empty the coffee contents from the sachet. Simply add boiling (for best results make sure it really is boiling hot) water and you're done! Add milk and sugar to your taste.
There is no need to filter the coffee.

I, myself usually use one sachet for 280-300ml of water. If one is not enough you can add another sachet.
A normal-size mug will do.
