  Rear cam is no longer recording and i have no idea what is wrong. Front cam keeping repeating itself and i did the plug of power cable test. The led light blink once and off straight after that. Please advice. It seems that singapore maybe too hot for the cam to withstand.

when you turn off your car engin then you should plug off power cable then you need check camera back side led light. If led light stright off? it is camera fault. then contact us. we will replacement for you.

I have purchase this car camera from you on 13 Jan 2014. I used the player viewer that was downloaded from your
recommended website to playback my recorded videos.

Previously I have tested out both camera recording and both video can be viewed. But yesterday I tried to view the
video from the player but the video only appeared on the front camera and not the rear camera video. I have checked
all the cabling and also the functions on the player viewer but it still does not work at all. I have also checked the rear
camera and it does have a light on, meaning is should be working right?

Kindly advise what is the problem with my rear camera?

If you have ever plugged off the cable for rear camera before plugging off the power cable, this might have caused the problem.
We suggest that you first disconnect all cables from the device and then, plug the cable for rear camera first, then plug in the power cable.

Rear camera might not be displayed on the viewer if you plug the cable for rear camera before the device is switched off.
If this problem continues, you would better visit our office with the device and order number.

We have 8/16/32GB Options only, so if you want to use 64GB momery card, you should buy Clas 10, MLC(Multi Level Cell) type of momery card.

  I just purchased and installed the above item and have problems needing assistance. I also a few other questions:
1. Rear View Camera does not seem to be recording. There is no file and does not appear on the DEDICATED
VIEWER at all.
2. Microphone cannot be turned on despite following the instruction in the manual to Short Press MODE Button.
There is no flickering of the GPS LED light as suggested in your manual. DEDICATED VIEWER shows 'mic off" and on playback there is no sound(speaker not muted).
3. Uninterrupted Power Cable unit: Where is the "ACC" connected to? (no instructions). I linked this to :cigarette
lighter" fuse and it works. The +ve wire is linked to the 'trunk lid' live fuse. Is this connection correct?
4. How do I download the firm update? Can you please provide set of instructions ( I am totally unfamiliar with it) and latest update.
5.Can I purchase a, AV cable for direct link from Camera to my Samsung Note 3 so that I can view directly in car?
6. I am looking to buy another 2 CH Dash cam for my Volvo. Do you have a suitable unit?

5. We sell a AV cable, but it might not suitable for your Samsung Note 3. You can pull out SD memory card from car camera, and put in your smart phone then you can check the recorded videos.

6. We have T35, Defender, GT, and 3300CH for 2 channel cameras. Customers have different needs, so we cannot recommend that a certain model is best for your Volvo. If you come down to our office, you can test all our models in our office on your own. I guess it helps you choose the suitable IROAD for your car.
