It's like lottery, sometimes you get a good set, sometimes you get a bad one. Once you get a bad one, there will be no response from seller regarding the refund/return/exchange.

I have received a set with really bad battery life. 3 hours of battery life only watching a movie from 100%. Can I ask for an exchange?

May i know what is the condition of the battery for refurbished Note5?

Better not buy. My phone has battery problem, doesn't last a day even when not in use. Speaker also has a problem. I tried to go to a shop to check if it's battery problem, they said it's not. Probably motherboard problem.

I saw a few people who bought this unit having same problem. Better not buy. Not worth it if you will have it repair and pay additional cost. Also, I wasn't able to returned back the unit cause the return period is over.
