This is a nice and comfortable top. It's a soft pastel blue true to photo, the sleeves are such that your body and bra will not be exposed when you lift up your arms. It is loose fit and I'm a UK8/US4 and I think it should fit up to 2 sizes bigger than me but not smaller.
