I appreciate seller informing that there is no stock and suggested a replacement, but I did not like the replacement design, so already informed seller to cancel my order and refund on 2 Sept. Why no response from seller at all for two weeks now? Status is still "shipping being requested" today 13 Sept... Please do honest business here. When can cancel order and process refund?
