If it's not a fault ...You have to pay all the expenses.
If ADATA agrees and replaces/repairs HDD, it will be considered as factory fault and you will bear the charges? How it will be paid to me? And whatever the shipping cost, would you agree with that? Why don't you arrange shipping and if ADATA confirms it's my fault, I pay shipping cost. And for that I would like to get a statement from ADATA that is was my fault.
