Hi,
I have received a the item but it is not working. Please send a replacement to the item and a stamped envelope so I can return this defective item. My order number is 82625292. I've attached a picture where the device is connected to the PC usb and turned on, but as you will see the LED indicator is not on and there is no air coming out of it.

I don't have that type of cable. I only see that type in AC adapters. Anyway, wouldn't it be simpler if you just send a replacement unit with a stamped envelope instead? In this case, we will not be guessing if it's a cable problem or not. I will be sending back the faulty unit to you anyway. |

have you try the cable on other purifier? I had tested the cable before I send out, you can also try other power plug that use USB port |

i have try that why was shock when it didnt work as replacement 1 should be able to work as normally seller will try b4 sent out i have try the faulty cable with all 3 purifier, still it cant work.IS it possible you send me another 1 as i help my friend to bought this product. |

I have bought 3 air purifier, 1 black and 2 green color. but both the green 1 not working while the black one can. i manage to interchange the cable(using the black purifier cable to use in the 2 green color purifer, found able to use) so i suspect the cable spoilt. attached the photo. can i have a change in the cable? |
