granted mails do get lost ... but how does one explain the high percentage u the seller is experiencing ? i ordered 2 microfibre towels on the same day from another seller (page seems similar to yours) .... got items in next to no time (2 days)
could it be you underpaid postage ? i'm perplexed by the high loss between u n singpost ! and the thing is mine is just a small towel, i can understand if it's a big package
for a $2 item, you are suggesting i (or other customers) to pay for registered mail (costing more than 2x the cost of item) lol
do the right thing ... sort out your mailing system to save everyone inc yourself the hassle of replying to such posts.
i'll leave it to you on the next course of action. i'm not out to cheat you of a $2.50 hand towel. if you have any decency, you'd mail out or meet up for a replacement. i will mail you back the lost package if it ever arrives months later. else, i'll just take it as a lesson of trusting customer feedback when dealing with other sellers in future.

Dear Customer,
We have never underpaid postage. In fact, we mail out the packages at a post office with certificate of posting. Like I replied previously, you can provide your email address for us to send you a scan of the certificate of posting. Unlike some other sellers who only take images of the package, we pay for the post office to certify posting with the amount of postage paid.
Just to clarify that we do not have a high percentage of lost mail. I mail out few hundred of packages a month. My record of packages which are really lost is about 5 per year. Only the problem ones are shown in the inquiry and I do not hide inquiries like other sellers. I let my customers read everything, even if it makes them think that I experience a higher lost rate than other sellers who seem to seldom experience losses and delays. Most packages surface after a while, sometimes after customers rant on our inquiry many times. Many customers complain when packages are delayed (some expecting to less than 48 hrs after they place the order) and then receive the package 1-2 days later. For some, they get the package after we raise an enquiry with SingPost asking them to find lost packages.
I am sorry that I am unable to replace every package that buyer claims "lost" as this will make me go bust. I tried that previously and suddenly had 10 "lost" packages in a month. Depending on the enquiry outcome of the lost package report to SingPost, the value of the item and other factors, we liase with each customer on how to help them with the loss. Please email us so that we can update you. We are not able to see your email address from the system. |

item shipped 22 May ... still waiting for my item
purchased against my better judgement after seeing reviews of slow delivery ... but i tot those were some other countries, didn't think that Singapore affected too ... now regretting ... once bitten twice shy !
and i'm not the only one to complain, there have many others before me ... either you too busy, or don't care enuff once items purchased ... seriously think level of service MUST improve.
i'll wait a few more days, the most a week ... then ponder over my next move disappointing |

Dear Customer,
Your order which was paid on 19 May (Sun) was mailed out by SingPost Normal Mail on 21 May (2nd working day after your payment). We confirmed the shipping in the system past midnight on 21 May & that is why it showed 22 May. Please email us at admin@debabyshoppe.com if you want us to send you an image of the certificate of posting which proves that we sent out on 21 May 2013 at Alexandra Post Office).
We are sorry that you have yet to receive your package. It is not because we do not care. We processed your order and sent out the 2nd day after payment. However, you chose SingPost Normal Mail which is very prone to delays (as we have already cautioned). Even if no delay, it would take about 2-5 working days to reach. I have even seen customers receive the package after 2 months. I have complained to SingPost before but their response is to ask us to use Registered Mail or SmartPac. Hope that you can understand that how fast SingPost delivers is beyond our control. All we can do is advice customers to use QExpress or TAQBIN instead.
For your package, it is more than 2 weeks since we sent out. We believe that it may be a lost package. We will send an enquiry to SingPost and keep you in the loop when they respond. Please also send us an email at admin@debabyshoppe.com so that its easier to communicate with you in the process of trying to get SingPost to find your package. Thank You.

after 3 day of using as a bath towel your towel become very smelly... so i wash it and try again.. the result come out same ... meaning everytimes after 3day it will become smelly...

May I know whether it is a bamboofiber or microfiber towel and whether you hang to dry after use? What about the products you are using to bathe? We have not have such feedback before & we have been selling this towel for many years already. We also use these towels at home & do not face this problem. Wash only after 1 week also no problem - but we hang out to dry after use. |

mine is a microfiber towel. i hang it where i hanged my towel always.well i am not the first day using towel, all my towel are ok but only this microfiber towel went smelly after 3days. and i only have 1 place to hang my towel...
first i thought is my washing machine no wash properly so i wash it again then the same,. and then i wash it again but is same again... after 3time of bath the towel went smelly... |

Maybe you try hanging in a more airy place? We are sorry but we really do not know what is wrong with your towel or how you use and dry the towel. We have no other similar complaints. We also use these towels and have never encountered this problem. |

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product and our response. What we are trying to say is that we really do not know what is wrong with the towel as we have never encountered any smell problems with the towels. Like I mentioned previously, I have been using the towels for my whole family too.
I am unable to offer any other "solutions" as I really do not know what is wrong. All I can do is suggest you change locations to hang the towels to improve drying.
I am also not sure what you expect us to do to be "responsible". If there is something wrong with the towel, it shld be smelly all the time. In your case, its smelly after use. So really I can only suggest wash more often or hang in a more airy place to dry. |

As we cautioned, Normal Mail has risks and we advice customers to opt for Registered Mail or Courier. However, we are unable to force all customers to take our advice if they insist on taking the risk.
