FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

FAQ I've received my item and the colour looks darker than what's shown online. Seller

Please allow a slight difference in the actual colours. They are generally slightly darker due to the screen light, resolution or lighting at time of digital photography.

Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Hi,

I have receive the dress, material quality is not bad, however I would like you to refer to the picture attached.

The original dress I have received, the printing isn't straight. It's slanted. Moreover the owl is not centralise. As compare to the picture shown on you Web page, the Web page dress is much better than the real dress I receive.

Can I have an exchange? And at the same time, I would want to change the size. As I have bought XL, and it's too big. But I have measure my waist, it's 80cm, and XL waist is 80cm shown.
