Hi, I bought a AK5 the week before and it was delivered last week. However, it does not charge and there are no indications when I attached the earpiece to the power supply via the USB adapter given. Please assist.

u will need to use abit of force to push the usb cable in, there shld be a click sound. if still not able to charge, you can do an exchange with us.
