Hi, I bought the IPIPOO iL95BL on Jun 11 2017 and received it promptly. The earphones connects well to my iPhone 7+ via bluetooth but I just realised that everytime the earphones are connected and playing music, I am unable to call up the on-screen keyboard to type. But once I disconnect the earphones, the on-screen keyboard can be called up again. I checked around and I think this is unusual behaviour; Would you be able to help, please?

Dear customer, all our earphones are sweatproof except the xiaomi 4th gen and pistons. however they are not waterproof and cannot be used for swimming. for swimming, i would recommend you to go for the Sony walkmans.
