Yes I have ensured that the filter part is locked. The filter cover is also put back into place. The unit does not power on.
I have unplugged and replugged the unit, tried different electrical sockets in my house, checked the filter, locked the filter, made sure the top fan grill is in lock position, the unit still does not turn on. It just beeps three times.

You have sent me a defective unit, kindly arrange for another new unit for me please and the qexpress guy can pick up the one which has been sent previously.
