According to Qoo10 exchange procedure :
-> customer request exchange
-> seller accept exchange
-> customer send back the product
-> seller receive the product
-> seller send the replacement
-> customer receive the replacement
-> customer confirm the exchange complete

First , we're very sorry for the shipment.
As China Post generally will take about 10-15 workdays or more(busy time) to arrive to you after shipping date.
We have traced the parcel on Chinapost website, its status is still " Departure from outward office of exchange", but while we trace it on Singpost, there is still no records.
So the parcel is still in the customs(China or Singapore) waiting for clearance (generally it will be kept for about 5 workdays or more) .
We are sorry for your waiting and worrying about it. And we will continue to trace and check your parcel . Wish it will be cleared out from the customs to the Singpost in the following days.
