As your item have been shift out after a month, we believe that it is high possible that the item have been loss and normally we will are unable to answer fir the item loss ship with normally mail as there is not tacking record and customer have to take their own risk ship with normal mail
However, since that you are our regular customer, out of good will below is our purpose:
1) We will resend the item to you; however we need you to pay for the register mail to avoid the similar case happen.
2) We will ship to you again with normal mail, however, we will not answerable on the loss item if the similar case happen again
3) Please do purchase others (or similar) item from our shop. For the combination of more than SGD15, we will ship these items to you with FREE register mail together with the loss item.
