Ordered mid sept, still haven't receive item. Seller told me they resent again but still didn't receive anything. I've never had lost mail from normal postage, what's more twice in a row from the same seller. This is frustrating, first and last time ordering.

We have send the item to you with normail as per what you select for you purchase. However ,item was loss. As per our shipping T&C (similiar as per others seller) seller will not answer for any item loss /delay /damage..(if any) for normal mail shipmentf . However out of good will, we agree to re-send again to you and provide you with 3 option . Per your agreement, you have select option 3 (with normail mail ,howver buyer have to take their own risk) for 2nd time shipment time shipment . Unluckly , the resend item has claimed loss again. Thus, we ready unable to send you the item with normal again .and per option 3 , we will not answerable to this matter again.
