Hi, I just bought two of the lamps n tried to charge them but only the blue bird (the first light) is working while the yellow fairy light indicator does not have any light even if I switch port or switch wire (works perfectly for the first one but didnt work for this yellow fairy). May I know how I can ship back (address etc, or maybe a shop address to send it physically?) as I am not very sure how to mail it back via Singpost.I hope to exchange for a new and ok one so I could give it to my friend by Chinese NEw Year as a gift.
