I have received the electronic mini cleaner and travle pouch. But the cleaner cannot be closed and the pouch is the wrong size. I ordered Large but received Small instead.

Thanks for support. Regarding the vacuum cleaner, there are a" triangle" marking on the cap and the body.in order to close it u just to match the triangle on the cap and body then turn in clock wise direction.
For the wrong sending pouch, we will resend to u again. Sorry for inconvenient cause to you.

Yes. U can return to me and claim the refund via Qoo10. we will approve it once we receive the pouch.
By the way, i know which review your are refer to. we have request the customer to refund the item for us to verify if really the such case..however, we ddidn't receive it... for your info, we have sell a lots and we beliave as well there might be 1% ~2% item may damage due to factory issue, and also migh be due to user over load the pouch.

Hi, i received the pouch but the zip doesn't smooth and i tried few times still cannot be zip up properly, it was even worst after i put in my things (see photo attached)..pls exchange it asap.
