I have received the electronic mini cleaner and travle pouch. But the cleaner cannot be closed and the pouch is the wrong size. I ordered Large but received Small instead.

Regarding the vacuum cleaner, there are a" triangle" marking on the cap and the body.in order to close it u just to match the triangle on the cap and body then turn in clock wise direction.
