For singpost normal mail, it will be sent to your letterbox & there's no tracking service available. The lead time is normally 3-4 working days from date of posting. However, at times, there are delays of up to 10-14 working days. We have customers who only receive their items a month later!

For parcels which can't be fitted to your letterbox, the postman will attempt to deliver the item to your house. If no one is at home, they will leave a delivery note to ask you to collect from nearest post office. If suspected lost mail, you can proceed to nearest post office and check with them if there are any mails for you.

The rate of lost mail is 2%-4% which is considered high. You can avoid this by opting for Qxpress where turnaround is 2-3 working days.

We can only refund/resend when item is returned due to non-delivery (provided correct address in system). This may take 3-4 weeks because SingPost don't prioritize returned mails.

Hi,

This is my SECOND purchase.
The first purchase was PERFECT. Received everything in good order. Thanks!

But for this second purchase, I was disappointed about the quality control. I bought a total of 4 coin purses as gifts, but for 2 of them, the TRANSFORMER & CAPTAIN AMERICA purses, the logos are way off centre.

Can I request for an exchange for the TRANSFORMER and CAPTAIN AMERICA ones, please? These 2 are not nice to give as gifts.

hi, please send us back the item and we will do a refund to your account instead cause we are not a dishonest and unscrupulous seller as per your reviews. if the item is defective and we happen to see it, we will not send out to customer, it was an oversight and yes we apologise about this. normally when customer report and send us a picture of defective items, we just send a brand new item to customer without them sending item back to us at all. we had been in this business for years and we are fair to our customers. for the return address, we will send u via another msg for you to mail back the item to us. thanks.
