HiThe showerheads are actually made up of many parts screwed together. Usually the leaks are due to some joints not tightened enough. Please try unscrewing all parts of the showerhead, ensure that there is a rubber o ring, try flipping the rubber ring over, then re-screw all parts back together very tightly. Most times this will fix the "leaks" If it still doesn't help, please take a video of the leaking items and send to firstname.lastname@example.org or via WhatsApp to 94874573. HI, received my TE6005 last night, fixed n tried it out last nite, water pressure juz so-so for all modes... is there a way to screw or tighten the head, or to rise the water pressure... pls help!!
Hi,please ensure there are no leaks from the showerhead. You can try tightening all parts of the showerhead.Alternatively, if your water pressure is low throughout the whole house, you can try increasing the water flow manually from the water pipes (normally located outside your HDB unit, looks like that in the photo attached)Thank you.

This replacement has no light
HiSo sorry about it. Do you mean that the lights are not working or was a wrong model sent to you(without led lights)?Anyway please take a video of the malfunctioning showerhead and send to us again. We can either send you a replacement or process a refund upon video verification. Thank you.

HiNo te6011 does not have the 3 modes of sprays.Only te6001 and te6005 have these functions. Thank you.
