Dear Customer, there is 2 things to take note. 1st there is a overheat prevention. If the water is empty and you didnt switch off or topup the water continue run/on it will stop. But no worry need to let it cool down for awhile 1-2hrs plus and switch on again. Depends on how long its been running,sometimes its just off for 20mins will do. 2nd please do not add any essential oils, its only suitable for pure water used only furthermore inside have a filter. If you do that, kindly water the whole thing with pure water with a few times and on it for 20mins then off it for 30mins. Please take note our off means the usb is unplug. thank you

Hi Team, this one is my 2nd humidifier (I bought 2). My first one works fine, but the 2nd one is the one that failed.

1) There is water inside the tank, and I am sure that I am using it properly for this set.
2) The light comes on, but no water vapour is coming out of the unit.
